The Leadership Journey combines classroom based sessions, practical project work, group facilitation and coaching. Our view of leadership is that it is fundamentally about personal power and influence. The programme will awaken this power in every participant.

 

The Leadership Journey focuses on bringing out the leadership strengths that are already within each individual and facilitating the learning of those skills they do not have.

 

The journey will offer intensive development in personality, beliefs and values, leadership styles, values and vision, empowering employees and developing staff.

 

Delegates follow a journey of learning where each event builds on learning that has previously taken place, until they reach the final destination. Here, they apply consolidated learning in a work-based project to add real value to the business and the way it operates.
